When you purchase the kit we send it to you with clear and detailed instructions on how to instal the unit as well as an addressed return envelope to send it to the lab after a minimum of 90 days (postal costs to the lab are additional). With shipping and lab analysis time the result are typically available after 4-6 weeks once you have shipped the single use device to the lab. We carefully control our test kit inventory to ensure it is fresh and not exposed to any background Radon that may effect the accuracy which can be a problem with kits sourced elsewhere.
